Craft Construction Company LLC, a Pompano Beach-based general contractor, filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition May 7 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida's Miami Division. The petition lists estimated assets and liabilities between $1 million and $10 million and up to 49 creditors, and says funds may be available for unsecured creditors.
